When was the last time you were actually still for even a short time?

I have to admit that being still is something that I was not able to find space for in my busy life 

Yet within the Bible, this “Be still and know that I am God” (Psalm 46:10)

I was recently reminded of this quote and thought I ought to investigate, and found this

Being still invites believers to let go of their anxieties and surrender control to the ultimate authority of God

Good information, but perhaps, like many others who believe it meant stopping whatever I was doing and sitting quietly waiting for God to talk
